Small Hare Wall Hanging

This small wall hanging featuring a hare with meadow flowers was created with a 3d pen and flexible TPU filament. Drawing with a 3d pen is literally drawing with a rubber-like plastic.

I've also sewn three layers of yellow ochre tulle on the back to add colour to the hare.

The artwork hangs beautifully from a piece of wooden dowel which measures 28cm. From top to bottom it measures 23cm. TPU is an incredibly tough filament which resists damage from UV rays and aging factors.

I've recently discovered a new TPU filament which is made from the footwear industry waste. I love making art from waste materials.
