Sculpted Flower Wreath

This flower wreath looks amazing on a wall. It is made from plastic milk bottles which have been scrubbed clean and cut up by hand into flower and leaf shapes.

There are sixteen flowers and twenty plus leaves which have been carefully melted and shaped over a candle flame and then attached to a wire wreath frame.

The piece measures 26cm height and width.

The flowers look like porcelain until you touch them and they are very easy to dust with a paintbrush.

Like my painted leaves, I'm giving new life to something that has served its original purpose and has now become a decorative piece of art.
